Cliffe Castle Museum, Keighley, West Yorkshire, England, is a local heritage museum which opened in the grand, Victorian, neo-Gothic Cliffe Castle in 1959. It has just undergone a facelift but is now reopened (Aug 2013)
There are a series of galleries dedicated to various aspects of local heritage, and displaying the house itself.
The Egyptian display includes a mummy of an Egyptian girl of ca.250 bc and a black coffin, as well as pottery, amulets, shabtis, and jewellery from the XVIII-XX dynasty and located from Abydos, Tell el-Armnana, Del el-Bahari, Kasr el-Banat, Rubbayat and Goshen.
